Many different things will be incorporated to cause each athlete to adjust well to action and reaction, all while cutting off tense of their clocked running times.

CORE STRENGTH

Helping the body to spare the spine from excessive load and helping the body understand how  to transfer force from the lower body to the upper body, and vice versa.

POSTURE

 CORRECTION

Strengthening and stretching the muscles in the upper back, chest, and core. Different techniques will be used to cause athletes to correct such bad habits.

CARDIO FITNESS

Help regulating all physical activity to help deliver oxygen to working muscles affected by many physiological parameters, including heart rate, stroke volume, cardiac output, and maximal oxygen consumption.
